bears rams

Hard to tackle any RB when on your butt.lol The holes the Rams opened up in D line were huge & AP just needs a crack & gone. Then of course you have Conte trying to arm tackle AP.. LOL... Like I said I hope I'm wrong but don't think so. Any team can run on the Bears & if we know it the league knows it & you know what that means. AP not going anywhere unless he demands to be traded or sits that won't happen either.

I hear what you're saying and all but Ponder was the QB all last year and AP faced 8 man or more line fronts all season and still rushed for 2000 yards. he is a special breed. the bears couldn't stop ray rice for god's sake and he hasn't rushed for over 50 yards a game all season. i'm just saying this could get ugly in a hurry for the bears d line

Stopping AP requires good linebacking play and gang tackling....something the bears are capable of. When u kno a player is getting the ball it shouldnt be that difficult to stop for small gains. Ponder is as bad as QB as there is in nfl. If you cant dominate or at least be successful when you have AP in the backfield taking all the attention and your consistantly getting man coverage and not beating it , well that says alot.about the player. Would like to have briggs back for this one. Still think with ponder calling the shots we win. Ap can't do it all. I feel bad for AP because he is being wasted in his prime. If minn was smart they woulda traded him for high end draft pics, as they are not winning with the QB they have anytime soon anyway

Ya I'm not saying the run D is good...but I am saying they are more than capabale of stopping AP with ponder as QB. A good D coordinator should T off on ponder and Co. I feel the bears have sumthing to proove and AP will most likely go for 120+. If he stays under 200 we should be able to score enough to win.

Adrian Peterson has groin injury not sure how severe but this could change things a bit in favor of the Bears.

Actually happy the bears lost & out of playoff contention just no D at all & had the walking wounded on field. The bears aren't a playoff caliber team & Detroit epitomizes the North teams when it clicks it clicks big time when it misses totally snake bit mess that elite teams avoid. Congrats to Lions & hope they put together an epic run!

Yea that sucked.......with the injuries your right they arent a playoff team. Losing 5 pro bowlers to injuries was the demise of the bears, hope emery really focuses on defense this offseason/draft . I will be rooting for peyton manning now. The NFC is going to be tough going thru seattle, good luck detriot, they r gona need it.

It's amazing how AP gets as many yards as he does, especially when you look at their passing attack as stated above. Chicago knew exactly what they would see and they had 10 guys in the box at times and still couldn't stop him, hurt hamstring and all. There is no way the Bears are a playoff team in current form. If AP could only play for a team with a good passing attack, who knows what kind of records he'd be setting.

Ok Bears vs Cowboys on Monday night who wins this 1? Do we care? I'm thinking Cowboys all the way but they can be very disorganized at times & games get away from them but not as bad as Bears.IMO This game should mean lots to both teams but I think Bear fans know this season is over not going anywhere in playoffs & probably will not get there. Just give the SB ring to Seahawks an awesome team.lol

Its funny that we could be tied with det after this week. I think Det loses to Philly. Dallas is Dallas so I won't be surprised if we win. The season isn't quite over yet. If the bears magically win out they may get in. Never say die. Briggs cutler still could come back and if....big if they made the playoffs so could peanut. Lets go philly we need u

I'm all over the place on this one. Cowboys could humble the Bears just completely destroy them or it could be close if Cowboys self destruct. I guess I'm leaning towards a Cowboys big win..... Bears D just AWFUL!!!!

Bears r effectively 3 games behind lions..2 in standings and they have tie breaker..so no..they would not be tied

Dan that is false....they were one game back in standings as of yesterday, basically 2 because of tie breaker. Now they are 1/2 back and a W tonight will tie them for division lead. Detriot loses again which they will lose one more, and we win out we r in.

This game reminds me of the Seahawk /Bears game last year...... A lot riding on the game. Seahawk /Bears last year Bears D tired & got beat in last minute or so & Seahawks went to playoffs Bears did not at 10/6. We all know how good the Seahawks are now & how bad the Bears are a year later. Cowboys show signs of improvement & seem ready to make a run play at a higher level. I'm just not seeing the Bears as a team wanting to play for Trestman like they did for Lovie. I'm not sure why? Is it Trestman or Emery but something is not right emotionally with the Bears team?IMO Cowboys can still self destruct much like Detroit but if they play without turning over the ball they could roll big time.

If this game was in dallas I would not feel good, given its in Chi, its gona be cold, dont think romo and Co is gona sling it all over. Im staying optomisitic and say its gona be a good game and come down to last minute. I think ratliff made an improvement to our D, but could not close the game out when we needed to last week, TRESTMAN needs the killer instinct and start going for the throat, to many times this year his concervative approach has cost us games. Kill or be killed MARC .Bears by a field goal.

Ratliff old guy & not right yet not sure he ever will be anything else than a spot player for the Bears on 1st down running plays bandaid at his best. AP still ran all over Bears last week & I can't see what has changed to shore up run defense Ratiff played. Don't know will it be windy in Chicago? That could mess up passing game but if not Romo will come out throwing & Bears easy target to run on to set up the passing game. Bears have to play keep away to win dink & dunk screens whatever & can't get in a shoot out with Dallas or any other team. Cold here way below zero tonight but not sure how cold in Shytown? If very cold field goals will be on the short side so winning team has to score TDs.

Did you see the game that Julies peppers had last week? Thats what happens when you have to single team him, ratliff ate up double teams all day man. Ratliff is a pro bowler if he keeps his head on straight. I mean compared to dallas its gona be real cold in chicago, gona be in the teens during game time. I am an optimistic bears fan, not a pessimistic bears fan, so im going to try and see the good instead of bad. AP was stopped until christian "im not an NFL QB' ponder got hurt. Then cassel can actually throw a downfield pass and from there it was ugly. I was pretty pissed when ponder got hurt, cause they had no chance until then. Still that 4th and long at the end should never happen, but mel really has this D all fudged up.
