That's bizarre, I've never seen that one before. Hopefully the cog didn't get too chewed up.

The track is pitched out so that it only rotated and hit the same spot of the cog each time. It’s not too ugly luckily

sweet sled and nice price
does the engine have more hp than the base model 600 etechs ?
In 2019 Doo updated the 600 etec and called it the 600r. Added around 5 or so horsepower. Been the same since. Been crossing my fingers for a 650 or 670 motor to compete with Poos 650. Still holding out hope!

For whatever reason this thread popped up in a search. Thought I’d give an update. We have ridden at least one day every weekend since December 13 and knock on wood, no sled breakdowns on any of the sleds I own or maintain! Lot of day trips or short overnight trips so far this year so not a ton of miles (bit over 1000). Glad to still be getting a decent amount of riding in even with the little man having baseball practice every Saturday. He has probably 3-400 miles on and has done great on moms old 19 TNT 600r. Looks way comfier and can maintain much better speed with much improved throttle and brake control. The missus is loving her new blizzard. Hope to get back at it after this brief warmup!!
