I rode trails for a day this weekend and had a blast. I got 19.3 mpg's on a 2007 Yamaha Rage GT, 12,000 miles running regular 87 (recommended for this sled) . We did some long straights and winding trails. I also hit 103 on the speedo. This is a carb'ed sled, no EFI. My buddy OMDave did the same mileage on his 09 600 etec.

I see the Doo 900's can get 23 real world.

Getting a little over 16mpg on 2012 Apex XTX only dropped to 15mpg when really on it. If like my Attak milage got better at about 3,000 miles & even better at 10K miles not sure why maybe engine loosens a bit with age? Using 91 Octane gas.

I hit 20 mpg with my 05 600 SDI when riding with the wife. Less when riding with the guys, but never worse than 16.

I get consistently 17-18 mpg with my new 2014 Renegade X 800 Etec so far this year. With my wife riding her 2009 600 Etec, she got 22 mpg over 70 miles of trail riding-120 lbs and lighter on the throttle than me.

I have an 03 zr900--speedwerx pipe, reeds, speedwerx head yada-yada.. Rode from my moms house in Pickford to Trout lake. 60 miles. My brother was riding his 04 t-660 turbo... He is a penny pincher and always watches when I fill up and spend my money.. Low and behold My sled took 3 gallons,--20mpg.. His took slightly more like 3.2 .. Yep, I had bragging rights.. Kevin

I also have a 2007 Rage GT, all stock except for Ulmer clutch kit, 7200 miles and I've gotten a high of right around 20 on an easy ride but get 18+ when wicking it up. Son rides a 2008 Vector also with an Ulmer kit and it won't get more than 18MPG no matter what, usually about 1.5-2MPG less than my Rage. Considering a move to a GSX 900 LE, folks are reporting 21-22+ so far, sounds good to me and 0-80 sounds similar to how my sled runs now. I've had the speedo to 107 a few times but GPS never gets above 99....of course I don't "quite" get 20MPG when riding like that! :)

With only around a little over 500 miles on it, best I've gotten so far is 23 mpg on my 900 ACE. This running 87 octane fuel containing ethanol.

Best mpg's I ever got was 23.0 on my 88 MXLT 467 type II, it would get in the 20's all day long and easy on oil too. My 900 ACE gets 21.0 driven in mostly standard mode. I run 91 octane without ethanol.

I get about 10 on a good day and 8 average riding hard on 87 with my 05 Switchback 600 turning 144x2. 100-120 miles per quart. The gas stations love me :)

My 2013 MXZ Sport consistently gets about 15-16 mpg running a variety of speeds. By comparison- on rides with a couple friends I always get better than the Apex (pre exUp) and slightly less than a brand new Apex (with exUp).

GPS mileage, not the waaay-off speedo, get 19.5 day in and day out. Groomed trails only. Speeds under 60MPH. About a quart of XPS per 300 miles.

10mpg and I'm happy. I don't ride for mpg's. I love these # my buddy had a 600 ado and he was always close to me. It all depends on your right thumb

My 2010 Ski Doo 1200 X Renegade gets between 15-20 miles. I would say 16 average. If I was easy on the throttle and just cruised along the trail I would would prob get 20 all day long.

We is used to getting 15-18 mpg on our yammie 4 strokes, but the best mpg fun been had lately is the 14 on the Indy 6 SP.

Women always get better mileage because they FEAR acceleration, which is why I refuse to ride with them. Hit 20 once so far with the TNT900 Ace, appear to be averaging 19. Had two Vectors(an 05 and an 07) and the best ever for either of them was 19.2. Ace is always in sport cause that's where the fun is.

17.5 if I keep my thumb out of it. She'll cruise at 75 @5000rpm with the gearing.
