Update: Troopers Find Stolen Snowmobiles

State Troopers found four stolen snowmobiles and two snowmobile trailers missing from private property in Cheboygan County.

Police say someone took the snowmobiles and trailers near Wolverine late last week.

Yesterday, after hearing of the missing equipment on the scanner, someone discovered the snowmobiles and trailers in a yard in Vanderbilt.

One of the trailers had been cut up. Troopers think the thief planned to sell the scrap metal

Does not surprise me people are scrapping anything. i talked top a home builder that said 2 new homes had all the copper cut out of them before drywall was put in.
