I got an e-mail from Sandy Krupp today. She got a call from a gentleman from Tivola. He had seen a picture of Boonie and said it was one of his wife's dogs that was lost a couple weeks ago while she was training them for bear hunting. Sandy gave me their phone number so I could call them. I talked to the lady and she was so glad that we found the dog. She had searched for a few days but figured either the wolves or the coyotes got a hold of her.
I asked if she wanted the dog back and told her I'd be more than happy to return the dog. She asked me if she was in a good home, of course I had to say yes. She told me to keep the dog.
She was very appreciative for calling her and letting her know. She told me boonies name was Lucile(spl) and she was born sept 2
