I agree Ezra sounds like a bad business move, My point is that if any one can have ill feelings, or can voice what there actions should be to rectify the situation it is you. Social media and people can get carried away and that is not fair for C3 especially since snowmobiling is close nit group and the forums are viewed by a lot of people. That's why I say let C3 fix there mistake learn from it and get better. It sounds as though a couple of those guys can ride and many people can attest to there great service, however as you said it was a bad business move. I too am guilty of the same pour decision when put into a pinch and have had to pay for it on the other end ultimately it is how that customer feels at the end that should dictate the business. As a general construction contractor there is a lot of time between start and finish of a project, customers feelings towards me may be a bit of a roller coaster ride till the end. However it is all of the little issues and problems which at the moment for a customer may feel extreme ultimately have helped my company to rise to the top and create such a good name. I take care of my customer. Unfortunately for some of these people to realize it things may need to go unplanned, or even be disappointing at times.
