Its possible I had it starting the 4th week of Feb. Worst sore throat I have ever had, with a terrible cough, chills, loss of appetite. What ever it was, it was BAD for about a week, and then slowly recovering for about a month. …
Had two different types of antibiotic's [sic] during the 4 weeks. …
Two different antibiotics? Whatever for? (Not that it's any of my business.)
Hopefully not for a cold or the flu or the coronavirus!
An
antibiotic is an
antimicrobial substance active against
bacteria, and thus for fighting
bacterial infections. Antibiotics are of no value in treating any
virus or
viral infection, as a virus is a
non-bacterial pathogen.

I say this for a number of reasons:
1. Several decades ago my right lower leg suddenly swelled up like a tree trunk; I had to hobble to my doctor's office with a cane and in considerable pain. Come to find out I had I acquired a MRSA infection, probably from a simple scratch in the skin. The doc said at the time that there were
even then very few antibiotics that were still useful in treating MRSA, but fortunately he found one that worked, and quite quickly.

2. I have had a number of friends that have gone to see their doctor with a cold or flu and
demanded antibiotics — which the doctors adamantly refused to either administer or prescribe — for all the reasons in the above article.
(Not that any of this necessarily applies in your case. I'm just overly sensitive about antibiotic misuse after my experience with MRSA.)
I'm glad that your experience (whatever it was) was not any worse than it was!
