careful with the brake cleaner I have seen it melt some plastics.

chlorinated or non-chlorinated brake cleaner? It's possible it can eat away at the plastic after some time, but i still use it and haven't run into a problem, i go thru lots of brake cleaner, probably on average, 2-4 cans a month. Remember, i'm the expert ;)

i've used chlorinated once and i hate the way it smelled, and it didn't seem to clean as well, now i use only non-chlorinated.
