Since I blew up both of my sleds in the last couple weeks, I had to rent on a recent trip to Togwotee. Damn it if I didn't fall in LOVE with an RMK. Cripes it's all I can think about now. I've never felt more instantly comfortable on a sled. You can make that thing dance like nothing I've ever ridden!

Somebody tell me I didn't really fall in love with a Polaris! It was just the lack of oxygen to my brain, right????????

Nope, not the altitude. Guess I should have been a little more clear about the side effects of renting the PRO. I think we’ll see a different ride by this time next year and you don’t even have to buy any new riding gear. It will almost be like saving money.</SPAN></SPAN>

You have answered your own question. This time next year you will be riding something different, and will wonder how you got along without it before.

There is a reason RMK units have dominated in the powder for a couple dozen years.

I don't own the RMK, but I bought a Rush Pro R and I LOVE the sled. And so did the other guy that rode it this weekend!
I'd say you can't go wrong on the RMK.

I now have 14 hrs and 4 riding sessions on the pro and I am still astonished at all the engineering and design that has gone into this sled. I would love to try a new M and an XM just to feel what they are like,,, just because, I wont even say they are not as good because I don't know but I can tell you the Pro RMK is simply remarkable and I'm a sucky rider

Don't count the XM out! It's the "sleeper" sled that no one here talks about!! ;) Whatever you do, just get something ready to ride for Tog!

You are too modest Lenny! What I saw yesterday out of you was not the skill set of a sucky rider! You my friend are a Ripper!!! That Pro certainly changed you!

Just about time for a SnowCheck Snoluver!

I also rode the xm and it was an impressive machine. Love the Etech motor! One thing I can say though, I did not feel instantly comfortable on it like I did the poo. It almost rolls over too easy. I flopped off of it several times. I'm sure once you get used to it you can ride it just as well as the pro, I was just amazed that I needed 0 seat time to get used to the pro. Right out of the gate I was whipping cookies on the flats or the side of the mountain. Didn't matter. It was like the thing was an extension of my body. I could make it do anything I wanted by just thinking about it.

Cat will be back on the snow by the end of the week. Should be all set for Tog.
