I've been using a nutrition (dietary) supplement, Le-vel Thrive for men. Literature states, cognitive performance, joint support, inflammation relief, lean muscle support, Antioxidants Probiotics and Enzyme blend. Along with weight management and digestive & immune support.
Been on it 9 days, no other dietary changes. Down 1.5 lbs. Taking more for health benefits than weight loss, but hey it's not going to hurt to lose a couple pounds right. Not really over weight but don't want to be in the "dickey do club". Like chords posted a Guttage thing.

Stayed steady at 243 this week. Seems like I'm mentally committed to the walking routine so hopefully I'll keep on that bandwagon. I've gone everyday since June 1, and as of yesterday I've hit 10,000 steps a day for 7 days straight. As for the eating side of things...... most days I was able to stick to the right choices and portion sizes, but the past three days I had a hard time as I was on the road with other people for work and it's tough to plan out meals when you're doing that. Hopefully next week I'll be able to see my number drop.

Good job on the walking Gary, and a note on portion size, I've really noticed since cutting back that there is just a lot
of mindless eating that takes place, it's no wonder we end up like we do, hopefully we can curb the urge to eat way more than
needed, and I have a wedding/ family picnic today.
Anyway, 218.5 yesterday morning so down 2.5 and only 3.5 from this summers goal, unless I shoot for more but first things first right!

Well, my scale is broken....keeps reading 208/209..lol. still running/walking. Started lifting some weights 3 weeks ago maybe that's why. Pants do feel bit looser though so just gonna keep at it.
Did just finish running 4 miles in 48 minutes and felt pretty good doing it!!
Wow onlypolar4me, your killing it, awesome!!!!!!
Keep at it Gary, routine is key and anything is better than nothing.

Sorry I didn't check in, I was busy becoming a grandpa. I'll be there for next Friday though and hoping to see my first number a 1 and not a 2.

Well I'm back, anyone else still struggling like me? Been all over the board the last three weeks,
as low as 216 to as much as 221, settled in at 217.5 on Friday so still a win.
