you never want to let facts get in the way of government regulation.
if u do that then 3/4 of the laws would have to be repealed .and it is much harder to control behavior through taxation if u stick to hard science

John and Ezra,you are so right.To bad you don't have lobbyist like the LP and Nat gas company's . I do some work for Gas Technologies. They test everything that burns fuel. Their researchers give me a lot of info.They call us a few times a year to repair heating equipment that's not on the market yet. They say lobbyist run the EPA.

The greenies and underdogs keep getting their ways. I'm so sick of everything people complain about these days. If only we had honest, true, and common sense people in the important positions in our government.

Well one thing is for sure... that sure as H$!! aint gonna happen anytime in the next 4 years.......Change equals for the worst.. Hope means darn i sure HOPE there is something left in 4 years...

As a diesel owner i do see the problem here. The law was made (like it or not) and here is a company's makeing product that openlly violate the law and makeing money too boot. Why cant they make there product that is within the law? Then there wouldnt be no problem right? Wonder why the non affected products are still being made? Yeah cause there within the law and ok to make.

Sure they side step the law by saying for off road use only but then wouldnt the violation of the law fall onto the truck owner if they drive it on the road? This should be a classic case of PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY that 53% of the country belives in right?
