hi just wondering if you guys have ever fixed holes on heat exchangers. i was installing a seat, board supports, a tail light, and a luggage rack on my brand new summit today and i drilled up the damn heat exchanger again! the holes range from 1/4 inch up to 5/8 inch and some of them go all the way thru both sides. when i was all done i realized i was standing in decent amount of water but didnt really think it was anything real major. then when i started it up i realized cause my new parts were all sprayin out green. any ideas???

Buy extra sets of scratchers, and fill your jerry can with antifreeze, then duct tape some garden hose from it to the reservoir. Should keep you good for a half hour or so at a time. Or you could always invest in one of those flux capacitor thingy's.

I am a pipefitter by trade. Welding, smelding: Barrs Stop Leak is what you need. Get er hot and dump it in! The stuff spraying all over your sled is a de icing agent! Just keep filling the over flow tank. And if the sled blows up,blame it on bad gas, high trail sticker cost or the best one yet?...... They did'nt groom 3 times a day.
