Here too skidoodoug, once warranty runs out on my eltigre, that is what I will be running in that too, only use oem for now because I know the first question that will be asked in case of engine failure, " what kind of oil" a quick and easy blame out of warranty coverage. Have used for many years, still do on other sled, no issues
Ran Sea & Snow for years in my Ski-Doo. Didnt have any black puss oozing out my valves.

I agree ezra, however I work with 6 different manufacturers and when it comes to catastrophic failure, the customer better have followed proper usage and maintenance by the book because they will do what ever they can to not pay for it, I once had an powertrain warranty on a truck, the cylinder head failed which is part of the engine, which is part of the powertrain. the company tried telling me it was not a lubricated part of the engine so they wouldn't cover it, needless to say I prevailed but imagine the people that would be like.....ok then. Companies don't like warranty, maybe its different in the snowmobile business, but Id rather not give them the fuel they need for their fire, but yes when warranty is over will use sea and snow as I have for a very long time.
