Sounds great! Got another 8 to 10 inches of fresh stuff over night and still coming!

Not here, pretty strange that we have only received 1 1/2" since yesterday. Light snow now with a current temp of 13 degrees. Snow is supposed to taper off through the weekend, so nothing to write home about in the fresh pow department here.

Yes it's certainly been sparce in some spots such as Ironwood and Hurley but we're doing well here. We do have some days of snow showing in our forecast so fingers crossed. Better than last year! LOL!

I know getting out of BC west railroad grade is not real good lots of rocks and very low snow. Not sure on anything else. I drove from Bergland to Bruce Crossing on Saturday and that is when I saw that grade. Bergland looked pretty good. Can’t give any other info than that.

It's thin in Bruce crossing and Ontonagon but passable. We did get a couple of fresh inches and Ontonagon did as well. I know it was snowing up north yesterday but haven't gotten a report from there yet.

NWS is indicating a clipper system rolling through the UP this Sunday and Monday, followed by some LES. Both the GFS and the Euro models are showing snow accumulation for that same period in the range of 6 - 12". Generally those models don't include LES totals this far out. I realize lots can change between now and then, but it's encouraging that all three sources are in relative agreement.

Drove yesterday from Presque Isle up to Houghton in my truck. Incredible snow difference for the roughly 100 miles. Snow starts to look good around Bruce Crossing and the trails looked pretty good heading north on 45. Hwy 38/26 near Pats Motorsports looked good also. The mosquito inn was packed with sledders and Krupps looked pretty busy also. A lot of riders in the Houghton area but the trails looked smooth and flat from what I could see from the truck. Actually, thinking about trailering the sleds up there to start burning some of the two-year-old gas that sits in them now.

Drained mine out starting with new so let me know how it goes with 2 year old gas and what kind of engine.

FWIW, bought a 600 ace that wasn’t ran last year and my dad bought a 600 etec that wasn’t ran last year. Couldn’t get the last couple gallons siphoned out. Little running on that gas and both sleds fouled plugs…

I would get rid of as much as of that old gas as you can first, I don't care what kind of treatment you put in it or if it is the so called "good gas" I would not risk 2 year old gas, even more so if its a 2 stroke, then you are really asking for problems, potentially catastrophic.

Yep, I absolutely agree with whitedust, and euphoric! I would drain, or siphon out all of what old fuel I possibly could. You may need to tip the sled forward to get as much as possible removed. I would then put in at least 6 gallons of fresh gas, preferably premium 91, no ethanol, and treat that with K-100 at the recommended rate, for 8 gallons of fuel. K-100 is the very best fuel treatment product I know of for revitalizing stale, out of spec, poor condition fuel. It will also deal with any moisture, water contamination that there may be. It flat out works. For years I have always carried a bottle of K-100 with us while snowmobiling just in case of getting bad gas. This as it treats for moisture, and it is also a octane booster.

That's what happened to my old snowblower. Since I live in central indiana where apparently is now the snows belt, I got it out after the storm earlier this week. It's been sitting a few years I think. It started eventually but no power. I probably didn't treat the gas last time but it's hard to remember. Think I'll try some fuel treatment otherwise off with the carb I guess
