Olsmann, I have known this lady for several years, I do alot of work for her husband. I thought I would return a favor. Yup she said she didn't want to waste any time because of the amount of work and no big check in the end.
I have bought and sold two homes myself, so I guess it will be done by myself again. My attorney has only charged $250 to complete all the paper work in the past.

hotwire, Yeah she could very very easily lose he license for a statement like that. Worst part is she makes all agents look like crap.

I also say find a new agent. I use a lady that works verry hard and we joked at the last closing if I wanted to go to DQ to spend her comm check .she knows I will relist with her.
