Getting in touch with Bergstroms?

I ordered a set of triple points several months ago and have talked to them a number of times, because my order changed. I talked to them as recently as 2 weeks ago to see when they estimated the shipping date. They promised that I would get them the next week. No show. I have tried calling over 50 times since then and it is always busy. I needed these carbides when he told me I would get them. Any advice here? He has my payment info so I am afraid as soon as I buy other ones I will get them.

I would buy new ones then cancel my payment on the other ones. Also report to BBB, and I dont think that I would do anymore buisness with them.

Where did you buy them .... online, ebay, phone????

I hope you didnt spend to much.

Chill...... Scott is a busy man that makes an excellent product. Scott does not bill until he ships. Thaw & rain coming anyway why not wait for the best carbides made? Scott always comes thru & does care about you. Great guy!!

Customer service is as important (more actually) as the product you produce. If that's the service he provides, I would go elsewhere.

The only reason I like my duel runners, is for the darting. I don't have any, but the cornering isn't worth a crap, even with 9inchers.
Those triple points probably corner great, but what about the darting issue?

Darting has very little to do with the carbide or runner. It has more to do with ski alignment, ski "balance", and suspension setup.

If using a dual runner carbide cures your darting, it's because it's treating the symptom and not the cause. Much like how a decongestant cures your stuffy nose, but it does nothing about the cause of said stuffy nose (a cold, allergy, etc.)

The Triple points are great. As far as darting Bergstroms will provide a shim to put on the ski to help stop this. His knowledge is unbelievable great guy to talk to.

Triple points carve like a knife ski savers & shims solve darting. Bergstrom has turnkey package & yes this is his only gig. If you purchase 2 sets of triple points 1 for early season & 1 for prime season you will have the ultimate package that will last you many 1000s of trail miles. Plus no waiting you have your spares. Works for me.

Contacting Bergstrom Skegs

You may have better luck contacting him by e-mail, by phone can be hit or miss, at least that is my experience.

I'm a satisfied customer of Bergstrom's products!!

They are a great product. Definitely use email if your not getting him on the phone., maybe you have a old number(just a thought). I have had 2 sets, 1 for each new sled I purchased. It is a great product and will take care of your darting. I feel bad for your dilemma and I am sure after you talk to him he will prolly make it right with you(just guessing).

I was warned about this issue before I bought them bought I had great service before and after the sale. I don't know the guy but he was very nice when I dealt with him. Good luck but your frustration in this situation is understandable.

Scott's a great guy.
I ordered Triple Points from him last year.
I put them on and after the weekends riding, didn't like them.
Called him to talk about it.
He said to send them back for a full refund.
I did and got the refund back.

I also could not reach him on the phone, I live an hour away from him, so I drove there he has been waiting for carbide. Scott knows more about darting and how carbides should work than anyone I know. I had a set of triple points on one of my old sleds thats why im going back to them, they work and last better than any other carbide on the market.
