There's a story floating around the media today that says they're looking at candidates outside the NFL which would explain the timing of all this before the season ends. Names mentioned include; Oklahoma’s Lincoln Riley, Northwestern’s Pat Fitzgerald, Stanford’s David Shaw and Notre Dame’s Brian Kelly.

By the way, there's a game in Chicago on Sunday. The Bars are favored by 5 1/2.

Riley would be a great choice...he could do wonders with Rodgers...with that said...he isnt leaving OU....they say there are NFL coaches that would would want the OU job...and im thinking hes gonna get a pay increase after the season
