Has anyone been riding in the Lake Gogebic area?

Headed to Lake Gogebic next Sunday. Looks like decent snow to the North of the lake. How about down to the South of the lake and over to Watersmeet? Anyone have a recent trail report?

Been keeping an eye on that area as I’m heading there in 2.5 weeks. I wouldn’t go any farther south than the south end of the lake. I wouldn’t go west of Wakefield yet either. Also heard white pine silver city and ontonoggan are extremely thin.

I just cancelled going to Gogebic as it sounds like conditions are not very good. Will go that way in a few weeks if it gets better.

Planning on going up Saturday 1/20 to Monday 1/22 staying in Silver City. Conditions to Porcupines, White Pine and Bergland?

VERY NICE!!! happy for the businesses up there!! might not be stellar conditions but a start.
