And as they should! This is the biggest sled swap meet in the world, possibly the biggest swap period! It's crucial to keep the integrity of the swap process intact! It's not like this is an election! Lol
last yr and yr I had to show paperwork that's it. and last yr I was pulling a race trailer with a completely dif name in surrounded in real looking fire hard to miss than the name on the swap spots paper work and that guy who bought the swap spots was not in the truck.good thing they did not ID us .
the new system is still better than lining up early the morning before and hopping u get in that night or u are camping out at the gate till sat am hoping they made room
From what i saw, you didn't miss out on much as far as deals go. Everyone was asking full retail, sometimes even for their used junk. Most vendors didn't even have "left over" stock they were trying to unload. A couple, but not many. Seems Haydays is not quite what it used to be as far as scoring deals. More or less just a marketing tool anymore. I suspect its the power of the internet at work. Everybody knows what they can sell for and what they can buy for, and nobody seems willing to budge much.
