they have been clearing house for some time now . pretty much any one in a mid to high management position has been replaced with the new bosses people . a lot of them are people he had worked with in past ventures . a lot of the guys stepping out have been training there replacements since the leadership change

I'm an Arctic Cat guy, and must say I feel that they have really lost their identity over the past several years, hoping this is a good thing to get them refocused and back on track. Some of the things since 2012 have been a strain on the cat loyalists, one can only hope they will "right the ship" so to speak.
