Tried out my new Drift Innovation 1080 this past weekend. Love it. Coolest thing? The remote for it, it is mounted to the top of my bar pad. It also has a small LCD screen on it so you know exactly what you are filming without having to download it onto a computer first. Great quality vid as well.

I was just informed by the wife, the 14 year old kid, YES, fourteen year old kid, already has these unit wrapped and ready for Christmas. All he's talked about for two months.
Plus he got the 2011 Vector GT to ride on Monday night. Life ain't too tough these days is it?
Funny how stuff like this never came my way when I was 14.

I am looking hard at this and the wife knows it. if not under the tree prob the one I will get http://www.liquidimageco.com/products/snow/summit-series-hd-1080-white.php

i got liquid image and so does my buddy..i also have a contour 1080p and a buddy has go pros. they all are nice but still hangs off the helmet. The liquid image is built into the goggles and FRICKING ROCK! Im debating putting the contour on the sled. From now on ill run the Liquid Image all the time!

skyler the drift one is slick too...The LCD screen is handy to watch ur videos at the bar :) lol

Heres a video from last weekend with my Liquid Image goggles...

Been three years since I heard the sound of a 2-SMOKE from the seat. (cough)
Regarding the end of the video - Drive a sled much? lol

o your one of "those guys" sorry to hear that...lol
the end of the video i got caught off guard by bump on the hill...that hill is steeper then it looks and with low snow i couldnt get it to stick and carve up hill. so instead of letting it smoke the trees i stuck on the hill and let myself take the fall. Sled and me were fine...ride much? psssssh

Ahhh, yes I do, and once and awhile "off trail".
But I typically don't roll the sled - and if I did, I wouldn't put it on video and post it for all to see. LOL

im not embarassed or ashamed that i rolled it...the hill was steep (camera doesnt do justice..we could hardly walk up it. had to crawl up and down it) and with low snow there wasnt much i could do..it through me left so i rode it out and saved the sled best i could. I guess its a 2 stroke thing...u wouldnt understand ;)

You have NEVER rolled your sled?

OK - full disclosure. About eight years ago, riding 2003 600 XCSP, with reeds and can. Riding trail 70 east, after having had bloody mary lunch (something, I've never done since), full daylight. I decide to ride the ditch, about 4 miles from ER. Come up on driveway, I decide I'm going to JUMP the snowbank. Snowbank was hard as a rock, and opening in bank rotated me as I launched over. Landed on opposite bank, upside down, sled on top of me. Smashed chrome shield, hood, and even dented the exhaust can. $1700 damage.

Sorry no video. Only accident in 19 years of riding. Dumb and embarrassing, as father in-law found me laying upside down in the driveway.

Thats how it happens. Riding up a hill, hit a rock or stump, and over you go. I have done it a time or six. lol. Keep windshields on hand.

I would love to get the liquid image goggles, your vid is awesome by the way, but, I have prescription goggles, and if I wear my glasses under regular goggles, they fog up. Maybe someday I will get lazik, of course, some day I may win the lottery too! LOL.
