Helmets and Winter Sports Study

The American College of Emergency Physician released findings today that showed popular winter sports simply have NOT become more safe over the years, despite well-intentioned safety rules.

It seems the regulation with the biggest impact on snowmobile fatality statistics is the night time speed limits.
I could not imagine riding a snowmobile with out a helmet.

True for night time speed limit and alcohol laws for snowmobiles. Skiing and snowboarding helmet usage has been driven mostly by the industry, there are no laws requiring helmets. Just tell people that they need your product to stay safe, and you're all set.
