I don't know guys, my research says "2 stroke fan cooled 540 cc". I mean, can you imagine why they would make a 540 4 stroke as the Phazer is a liquid cooled 499 cc 4 stroke?

I think some are confusing the VK pro with the Viking which is a 1049 4 stroke.

If that has the big enough windy then that is my choice too.

Not sure the sidewinder will have a ecu that allows more boost, 200 would be fun but the old zuks will kill it on lake if yamaha locks it down. Knowing cat they will allow it to be turned up. Also i like the looks of the cat over sidewinder

Unlimited $$$$$$$$ would mean I would be able to snowmobile where ever, and when ever I should decide to do so. This would also include the wife. We have many, many destinations that are at this time, limited due to $$$. Sleds that fit the type of riding, without funding issues would be nice also!!!!! Ohhhhhhhhh, so many, many thoughts!

The VK Professional which is what Whitedust refered to as a 2 stroke. It is a 4 stroke. The VK540V is a 2 stroke. Look in Journeymans link above.
It really isn't that big a deal, I just thought I would correct a mistake. Jeez.

Easy, tiger...reread the first post....I'm not saying you all of a sudden have Oprah money...my basic question is if the money to buy a 2017 spring order sled was in a lock box for you to use for that purpose only...what would you chose?...

Snobuilder you keep stirring the pot on what your gonna purchase. Lol doo that weighs 450 lbs roughly or yami at 650 lbs roughly with 206 hp.

Ya snobuilder, I knew I was going to get it for the post. I just could not hold back as it is true. Not that there is not many rides to choose from for my 17, but I passed on a fantastic deal on 16 leftover to wait on the new 17's. That move did not produce what I had waited for. So, I passed on a 16 900 Renegade, give me a 17 900 Renegade. I know, no big deal eh??????????

It is NOT a big deal just having fun with Hoosier regarding Yamaha 2s... everyone needs to lighten up & think the best of each other & have some fun.

.....but you had to use it to spring order a 2017 sled....What would it be?

Exactly what I ordered; 2017 Ski-Doo all black 850 Renegade. I am not rich but am only a few years from moving to the S.W. U.S. so I will ride what I want for the next few years (my wife said it is ok too).

Hey fujifilm, you're good to go with her blessing!!!!!!!! Sorry to here about your move, but perhaps you will be close to some good mountain riding? I don't need a 850, but I am very glad that Doo continues to push forward with advancing the development of better 2-stroke engines!!!!!!!
