I think it's because of the unions, and outsourcing, and Harley Davidson, and democrats, and this damn no smoking law! :)

I so wanted to toss a Sockpuppet image on here but decided I'd be nice and not derail the thread too far. I have to agree it has been terrible on here lately, miss the old quiet decent barber shop banter.

It is just you. Seems like most of the "click" just does not like any new comers.
I have seen many posts in recent months that did not even break any of the rules of the site, yet they have been removed by mods.

It is sad what is happening on this site, but it is not the new comers that are the problem.

Famous, have you read all the threads that have been shanghied by just some that are trying to be a problem, and nothing else?

Okay, I knew we would disagree sooner than later (again) lol. I don't think there is any "click" here. everyone can be a part. unless you are talking about the Sea and snow crowd, they can be a tough bunch. We do have different groups of guys who ride together and those who ride trails and those who do not. No big deal. Indy and I have probable more posts edited or deleted than anyone due to the numbers we run in here. John Dee is one large family and not all family members get along. The mods have a very tough job. If you want to see "clicks" I can give you some snowmobile forums, chat rooms and web sites that they will rip you to shreads just for showing up. JDee is not even close to being that way. If a member doesn't like the way things are going than participate in steering it the way you would like this site to go. Don't sit in the wings and pout. This site is what we all make it. now off my soap box I shall go! this post should be under off topic ramblings for sure. :)

I dont think there is any "click" and i dont think anyone dislikes new commers. I think this just happens to be one of the sites that actually enforces its rules. I think the mods would like to protect the site from turning into a total free for all like some of the other sled sites out there. (im just guessing not trying to speak for anyone)I think the mods let you bend the rules to a point then just cut it off when it gets out of hand. Guys having mulitple screen names and staging debates with themselves was getting a little old. Those that were doing it exposed themselves almost immeadiatly which was funny and it was delt with. So this thread has served its purpose.

I know for a fact of other sled sites that have lost advertising revenue due to the uncontrolled "douchebaggery" that takes place.

I dont always agree with what gets cut either but its not my site. I dont take it personally. Its just a website that i get to come to anytime i want and get a custom forecast, get tech advice, and chat with cool people all for FREE!!!!

Oh and one last thought and Im done with this thread.........

Sea & Snow RULES!
