Yeah, I could see this coming. Can't go in anywhere without one now so not much of a change for me. But I think I'll pickup a pair of goggles from the Army Surplus store due to the Covid Survival rate is at 99.8%. Can't be too careful!

Well Folks, Socialism continues to entrench itself in our lives. What will be next? I myself will probably just avoid going anywhere that I don't have to until this ends. That is tragic because it is only causing all of our local business establishments to suffer great losses week after week with no end in sight. I truly cannot breath well through a mask so that will dictate where I go during this latest mandate.

How we got to this world we live in for such low death rates, low infection rates for a flu like virus so quickly I'll never understand. I am soooo....... tired of hearing every hour of every day to wear a mask, wash your hands, stay at home, shelter in place. Can't we just give this a rest!

I have always said, wear a mask if you want, I personally don't care what people do but for the people that don't wish to we have rights as well.

All I can say is that we have an election coming up in about 3 months. Hope everyone understands what is on the line and that this election will have far reaching consequences.

Milwaukee has had an even stricter mask ordinance for a while now yet they continue to be the epicenter of positive cases in the state, and the other thing I don't understand is they are blaming much of the spread on bars, restaurants yet you can remove them when eating and drinking. I also thought I heard the mandate is effective through September 28th, here we go with that magical date once again. I must just be missing something here.

This is what they are hoping! Get more people to just say screw it, we’re staying home then! I myself will continue to live my life as I need to - I will be testing the limits of the ‘mandate’. Many have already said they will just hand you a mask vs. a fine, at least in MN anyway.

Have to wear the thing all day long now in the factory. Went 4-5 months no problem now its whatever I'm tired of hearing it. Personally think it does nothing but if it makes everyone happy and we go back to normal then fine I'll wear it. I get the big fuss but also don't get why people can't just wear them too. Have to wear it in and out of the gym, but not while working out. How does that one add up??? IDK anymore.

Been wearing one for couple months now. I see no issue with it. If it helps other people/decrease spreading, I'm glad to wear it.
If people were kinder to each other, we would be in a lot better place.

This is true, but what is considered kind? Wearing a mask to make those in fear feel better or understanding why some people don't want to wear one? One of the biggest reasons society is where it at is because people do not believe in minding ones business and living their lives. I'll use climate change bs and electric cars as an example. It's not enough for the people who truly believe in electric cars for themselves to buy one, they have to force everyone else to buy one. To me kindness is respecting other peoples decisions and minding your own business! Live your life not mine.

I agree with your statement about respecting other people's decisions.
Minding my own business is usually acceptable. I feel the same. However, there is a global pandemic going on. The stakes are a little different.
I didn't agree with the mask at first. But I realized there's no downfall of me wearing it, only advantages of it.
It's like if I see someone flying 100mph past my house. I'm not going to sit and mind my own business! I'm worried about my family's safety, as well as others in my neighborhood. I care about my neighbors.
We can sit and do analogies all day, and spin it how we want.

So you were forced to buy an electric car, where do you live in North Korea?

It will never go away untill enough people catch if.

I was thinking the same thing. I've seen enough non-political doctors who study and treat patients who say basically herd immunity is what's going to happen no matter what we try to do. Remember...we had to stay at home to help the ERs hand the influx of patients?? Ok, done...now what?

Unless they don't actually work. I can't tell you how many times I've seen out in the stores or read of similar situations on this forum where people have them under their nose or pull it down when talking or walking in a restaurant only to take it off while they are at their table.

Do you think doctors would behave the same way while performing surgery? NO WAY! That's because there are procedures to follow for it to actually be effective. I'm sorry, but the mask thing is for control only and I don't believe is being effective at all.
