Yes it does. Go to the DNR web site and check it out. The DNR ORV handbook reads, "ORV operation is prohibited in public hunting areas during the November firearm season, from 7am to 11am and 2pm to 5pm", but also has some exceptions. So the best thing to do is call or visit the DNR and ask. Tickets are bad, but getting shot would be worst.
