My brother and I headed up to get the 6th annual April spring ride in. It was a blast, both days. Still lots of snow in the woods left, and trail 3 was still in great shape, for the little bit of time we were on it.
Kimmer and the sleds.
Me jumping
Kimmer, a little crossed up, but he landed it and rode it out.
Me again
Here I am checking out another one
I decided to dig down and see how much was still on the ground in this particular spot. I am standing in the hole I dug, there is at least 2- 2 1/2 feet here.
Here I am about to hit another jump, but the camera died after this pic. Batteries were cold or something.
Kimmer coming down the ravine
Poos and trees, Poos and trees. It was either the tree or the stump my helmet is on, I chose the tree.
Here are our tracks coming up another ravine, mine in red, Kims's in blue.

Taking a little break
Heading back to Krupps
Trail 3
We started riding about 2:45 PM, and got back about 7 pm. 51 miles on, never crossed our tracks once.
Saturday we trailered up to John's, then from there trailerd up to Delaware to drop and ride from. There was 11 of us total who were riding Saturday. A bluebird day, and plenty of sunshine made for a great last ride for the 08-09 season. Had an absolute blast riding with these guys!
Drop off point
Break time
Taking a left into the woods
Break time
Lac La Belle in the distance
This is what happens when one screws up climbing the hill, Brian checking out the damage I did when I rolled my sled here.
The big lake
Entering the cedar swamp, John ahead of Brian, Brian ahead of me
Dave behind me
My sled with Mt. Houghton in the back ground
Litte break after the racing was done, Dave had major belt blow happen during the race.
That wraps up another winter sled season for me, can't wait until December for it to start all over again.
