I am looking at buying a new set of goggles for this season and am wondering if anyone has any recommendations. I wear a Bell Moto 8 and am not sure what goggle fit best.

Take your helmet and try on as many as you can. I love my Scott Turbo Flo 89LXi goggles with the light sensitive lenses. They fit perfect with my helmet but may not with others. Goggles are the one thing you don't want to skimp on so do the best you can to find the right fit.
Good luck!

take your helmet with you and check out some different brands. I like to find out which ones leave gaps around the goggles, which will let cold air in around your face and I avoid these. I prefer the OTG type as they have a bigger frame and usually minimize these gaps.
I bought a pair of 509 goggles for this season but i havent tried them out yet.

good luck,

I also have the Scott 89lxi goggles and they are the best goggles I've ever had. And they came with a piece that clips on the bottom of the goggle that covers the nose so it isn't exposed, its really nice.

I bought a set of haber vision's this year. Haven't tried them yet but got them for the polarized lens. If you have never worn a polarized goggle, wow what a difference. Simply amazing! No more guessing what the terrain in front of me is doing in flat light. I don't think I'll ever wear a non polarized again.

I love my polarized sunglasses. I think I need to get a pair of these.

Here's my setup, the cheapo helmet w/smith goggles and an HJC. They sat in this spare bedroom all summer, wow, i couldn't believe the dust on them! (notice the difference between a brand new mohawk and a used one!!)

I'm kind of a goggle *****.

Spy Targe II, Oakley A frames and spy orbits are what I have currently. They all work very well if you take proper care of them. The Targa IIs are significantly cheaper and I haven't had issues with them. The main difference is the Orbit and A Frames are more of a circular lens and thus the vision is closest to normal, as it mimics the roundness of your eyes.

I second this vote. Same goggles, they are excellent.

I have tried the Smith, Scott and Oakley's but have now settled in on the 509's.
They are the best lenses by far that I have ever had! They look great as well!
