I'm a newbie to snowmobiling and currently only have a helmet w/visor. Do you actually wear the goggles under the visor? Are the benefits better vision on bright days? I wear glasses so I also need to prevent fogging.

I love my polarized sunglasses. I think I need to get a pair of these.

Thats the same reason I bought them. I love my polarized sunglasses! My buddy took a pair of polarized Oakley's and took the side ear supports off and shoved the lenses down into a set of goggles with a clear lens. He raved about them all season long, so I tried them out and all I can say is WOW! Why more goggles don't come polarized is strange. Seems like a no brainer. What a difference it makes. I know there are a few more companies making them now, but the Haber's are pretty reasonable priced compared to the others out there. And, if you buy the goggle and the no fog electric fan dealy at the same time you get a better deal. Supposedly never have to worry about fogging again, even if your huffing and puffing trying to dig a sled out. We'll see, I'll let you guys no how they work after a couple good stucks at 10k.

Thanks everyone for the great information. I am looking at the 509's or the Scott's. I read a couple of reviews about the 509's and few guys reported water getting trapped between the lenses. Does anyone know if Scott has stopped making the 89Xi Turboflow LS Goggles? One other question is the Scott lens a double lens?

not sure if Scott is still making them, but i would assume they are still making them because i only got mine last year and yes the Scott lens is a double lens
