I just picked up a sled from this dealer. Wow, what a great place! Brett the sales guy I worked with went above and beyond my expectations by far. I needed the sled in madison wisconsin this weekend and they went out of their way to make that happen. I wanted to post this because excellent customer service needs to recognized. They just made a life long customer out of me.

I have a bud who buys from them every other season.
all by phone and they haul it out to his house free every time.
signs a few papers in the drive done deal.
not a huge drive but saves him 45min each way on a Saturday

there Warrant is the best out there. It's like the polaris factory warranty but better and cheaper.

Same as ezra said. they drop off the sled in my garage, sign a few papers and just like that... new sled.

Nice! I have the luxury of being able to drive over there in under an hour. Haven't bought from them yet, but been keeping them in mind.
