I don't want to list the shops I've used locally or go into details of the repairs done, but I've been taken to the cleaners on repairs done by all the 'professionals' the last few years. I'm looking for anyone who would do a quality job for a fair price. I live near Gillett, WI which is roughly 45 minutes northwest of Green Bay.

The mission, if you choose to accept it:
Replace a track on a 2001 ZR600 EFI

Any help would be appreciated!!!
Contact info is in my profile.

ezra - I appreciate the reassurance that it would be an easy job for a handyman (please note the 'y'). However my handle of handiman refers to my physical handicap which limits my ability to do the work myself.
I'm not afraid to get into a project like this. I rebuilt the rear suspension of my old ZL a couple years ago. But in this instance, I'd rather play the role of assistant to the experienced wrench swinger.
Thanks anyway, but I still am looking to pay someone to do this for me and/or the majority of the job.

Handiman, If I did not live 45 minutes sw of GB I would be glad to do it. Done many of them in my time. Not to tough to do. Good luck

Indy - I appreciate the offer. It really has nothing to do with trust. I've seen some of the things your capable of creating and how much effort you put into your own sleds. I just know that you're a Polaris man and I wouldn't feel right asking you to 'change religions' and work on a Cat.
No offense, but I'd prefer to have someone that has more experience working on A/C sleds doing this job.
Thanks again for the offer and good luck on your next project.

BTW - I loved the mower/power shovel you created! I wish my 17 year old had your ambition!!!

Thank you!!!

This is meant for all that replied with offers of help, John Dee's site, and mostly to catman66 and his son.
They got the job done, including the replacement of some idler wheels and a grease job on a very rainy Sunday morning last weekend. They are some great people for many reasons and I really enjoyed the experience and all the stories we shared. I hope to hook up them this winter for a ride or 10...

All we need now is for winter to get here and the snow to fall.

Thanks again to all.
