Merry Christmas!

A Blessed Christmas to you all. Please remember what Christmas starts with, "Christ!" Always thought we should celebrate like many of the European countries; Christmas for Christ's birth and the giving of presents on Epiphany [January 6th] which celebrates the arrival the the Wisemen.

I have the rest of the year off so I'm catching up on my "to do list" here. At the top of the list is to wish you a Merry Christmas. I hope yours is a safe and happy holiday with family & friends. Now that our parents are gone, our house has become ground zero for family gatherings. I'm fine with that, I don't miss the travel at this time of year. I'll sit right here and take it all in.

I am becoming more concious of the passing of time when I think of Christmas' past. Great memories like the year that Dad had our first snowmobile delivered on Christmas Eve! Others, were not so great involving family and careers. Sometimes a visit from "Cousin Eddie" isn't the worst that could happen! But after it's all said and done, there's nothing like Christmas to light up the little ones face when you mention Santa is coming tonight!!! Nothing like Christmas to reconnect with family and friends. Nothing like Christmas to renew our faith in mankind.

Here's to a Merry Christmas to you and yours!
God Bless and Happy New Year

Merry Christmas!

We have a good snow cover this year so it really does seem more like Christmas. Hoping everyone has a fantastic Christmas and a great New Years.
