If I'm right did the snowclubs help alot with the 3 river parks trails. It was to be used as a multipurpose trail till we let the yepe treehuggers use it and want

yeah the dog thing slays me cant have a dog off leash any place in there few hundred acre parks except the fenced in dog play area .but horse crap piled up on the trail that is ok no not just ok encouraged.
I run a lot on forest preserve paths. Dog owners have to pick up after their animal which they should but I have to hurdle horse piles?
