This summer i'am putting a custom built 151" tunnel onto my 98xc wedge chassis. To go with the tunnel i'am putting a 151" skid from an 01 gen2 rmk along with a 151" x 2" track so i will post some pictures of the progress over the summer.

good luck! can't wait to see some more pics. Thankfully you got a wedge and not a gen II. gen II's are a PITA to work on compared to your sled, the evolved chassis is even easier. I haven't made a thread about my sled but i got the heat exchanger welded, the track on, the suspension welded, i flipped around the bogey wheels cuz i thought it looked better that way, i put the new slides on, put new handlebars on, mounted my handguards a really funky way, and made a new windshield. it's been nice havin my sled in the garage for the past month!
