Just wanted to say thanks to Indy for sending me the text and informing me of the sale Fleet Farm is having on the Mystik Sea and Snow oil. On sale for $15 a gallon, PLUS an $8 mail in rebate per gallon up to 6 gallons. $42 bucks for 6 gallons of oil. SCORE!:D

I wonder if Farm&Fleet has the same deal ? I will check tomorrow.

Be interested in hearing what you find out, I checked during the early black Friday shopping and they weren't on sale then. I bought 6 gallons on sale with the rebate last year the first part of December so I hope they do it again.

I love fleet farm my only complaint is no freezer full of red meat and sausage or beer.
if only they had those 2 things a guys trip would require only 1 stop .

Yea, my kids hate going with me to F&F, cause I always tell them,"just another minute." Lol, turns out to be an hour....

My buddy bought 6 gallons lol I spent $260 on 8 gallons..... Also in case any of you are wondering they send you your rebate as a cashable check NOT in store credit.

Does S&S have the detergent in it for exhaust valves like the Polaris gold? Hate spending the $$ on gold. (Not trying to start the great oil debate, just a question).

I do not know about the detergent part. I do know your Gold is full synthetic and sea and snow in a blend/semi synthetic.
I can also tell u I have been using it for yrs with great results. my valves are never gummy.in fact I really don't have to do much cleaning at all. just did my m8 after 900mi I sprayed them with break cleaner and wiped them down. some light brillow pad work an the sides less than 5 min on both.
I could have just let them go but they were out.

I think Indy bought some other expensive oil, he just sent me a text telling me about it.

Maybe Hennessey will buy your oil, do you have his number? If he does not I will buy it from you, of course i can get it for 7 bucks a gallon right now. :)

I agree with Ezra, no gumming or sticking of the power valves, and I have used it on Doo, Cat, and my Poo. Real easy to clean up the valves, even after 1400 miles. I just cleaned the valves on my 800, took about 3-4 minutes each, maybe.
