Name this steak

Grilled a steak the other night and put it on the cutting board and had to get out the camera. I can't decide if it looks more like WI or lower MI? Thought it looked kinda funny. Sure tasted good!!!

Thunder why would you ruin a perfectly good steak with BB sauce?? A good steak needs nothing except salt, pepper and a touch of garlic salt, no A-1 or any of that stuff!!

sorry I like bb sauce with my steak grew up eating that way !!!! My dad used to put it on my steak when I was a kid just to get me to try it!!! And I did and been back for more Old habits are hard to break

It's not a bone in Rib Eye, it's the whole bone in rib steak from the large end.
Next comes the chuck steak or roast.
It still has the cap on the top!

Never cared what it looked like, as long as it taste good. Dad was a meat cutter and NEVER allowed anything to "mask" the flavor. He said if "you have to hide the flavor you shouldn't eat it"
