Need New Tires

I have BFG rugged trail TA on my GMC Envoy SUV, for my vehicle these tires have been awesome. Better in the snow than the original Michilins and they last almost 70k. I bought my second set last fall at tirerack. It is important to read reviews specific to your vehicle, as tires may work well on one car but same tire is not good on another.

agressive snow tire is often a softer compound and just for snow so I don;t think you'll get the best of both worlds. You'll probably find a good all around performing tire with the right research,,,good luck,,,let us know what you get

I need new tires (275-65R18) on my 2008 Toyota Tundra Crewmax. I'm stuck between the Michelin LTX M/S2 and the LTX A/T2. I live in Milwaukee but spend every other weekend in the northwoods of Wisconsin and make one or two trips a year into the U.P. I pull a 4 place enclosed trailer a couple times a year. I want a tire that I will get some life out of but want an aggresive tire in the snow. Any Thoughts???

I drove up to the UP last week with my Cooper Zeon LTZ tires and had no issues. I had a trailer on the back of the truck most of the time but have no complaints. I'm headed up again next week and they're supposed to get hammered so we'll see. I'll update this thread if I have any issues/complaints.

i for one will not buy anything else! I love michelin tires! they are expensive, but safety and piece of mind is what i like. I have had both those tires and both are excellent!

Cooper discoverer AT/3 Good in snow?

I saw a post earlier about the Cooper discoverer AT3. I need 265-75-16's for a duramax, Any further reports would be great. Looking for feedback on how they are in the snow & what kind of miles are guys getting?
