Your gonna have to buy a SxS so you can get around that helmet law thing!
Not nearly as wierd as using hand signals!
I did just that, sold the cart picked up a ranger, like the ranger for the cargo and power to tow but miss the quiet ride of the cart. Anyone drive any distance on the Honda Pioneer wondering how they are? I like the idea of the 4 seats and shaft drive would like to know how quiet at speed (25 - 30MPH)
So, does this mean the trail North of the bridge to Copper Harbor is NOT required for use of the "State" trail permit? To the best of my knowledge, that trail is not a "State" trail, at least not yet.

The Keweenaw ATV Trail is now a State DNR designated trail and is open from Calumet to Copper Harbor

You can shove your red notices and banning of certain power sports. No side by sides and dirt bikes really what do you have against them? I remember you bitching about side by sides last summer. Dirt bikes are less harmfull then four wheelers, what is this Wisconsin! I can see having width restrictions but the rest is nonsense! Im a responsible dirt bike trail rider. Is it land owners or is it you? You know how many people are riding side by sides these days? Thats business dollars thats gonna stay out of the Keweenaw unfortunatly.

Yes, it's true, if you have the "State" trail permit you are NOT required to use that trail.
Is the permit required to use that trail? That's a different issue.

It's private property the owners don't want them.
It is almost rascist like. Someone had a really bad experience with bad people on dirt bikes so they wont even consider that there are good people who just want to ride. I blew up on this post above and I shouldn't have but I'm passionate about riding so I had to get my point across. I mostly just bang around white pine anyways but sorry to say if I ever get up that way, Im gonna try sitting in front of the bus.
I remember years ago everybody hated atvs. I got my bike rebuilt ready to go even picked up another one. 2000 yz 250 just like yours. I'd like to hook up this year with more people to ride!!!
Sweet, i bet ya bought that bike cheap as heck to. The fun factor / investment is very high / low on these older 2 strokes. I got my 450 ready to rock also. Me and some buddies are thinking about heading your way memorial day. Twin Lakes to Baraga, maybe hit the plains while we are there.
Looking forward to it!!! Go to the Dr. on May 7th and hoping my leg is good to go & I get cleared to ride, it's been a long year & 8 months & I'm ready to go!! We need to hit both places if we can. I might even haveta bring the KX5 along too.

It's an absolute rip off! $16.25 - $36.25?!?!? They make it so confusing that most will just buy both because they don't understand.

20 months since the last time you rode!I think you need to sell that k-5 to me I mean think about the poor gal all alone with no one to excersize her for a yea and half.She will be well cared for,can roam the fields and pasture with other kaws the same color.
LOL It looks realy good sitting in the garage with the rest of them that haven't been ridin either.... As long as I'm good I'm going to wear all of them out this summer riding so much!!! Hopefully we can all get together & ride soon!!
