Yes it does. My dogs are family members. They eat, sleep, travel, with us. And are very much part of our every day life. They make me smile. They rely on me. Cannot say that about all the people in my life.

When it was made mention that Michael Vicks was reenstated back in to the NFL, it reminded me that there is still and always will be individuals that only care about the financial end and the profits to be made off something like this. Their excuse; (quote) "PEOPLE DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE"! (end of quote)
What they really meant to say (or should have said) was, "CERTAIN PEOPLE DESERVE A SECOND CHANCE BECAUSE THEY CAN MAKE US A LOT OF MONEY"! Those same people that are responsible for Michael's reenlistment are the one's to blame.
If thats the case, then why not give all VIOLENT OFFENDERS a license to run a daycare center for infants! I doubt the people that reenlisted Vick wouldn't know the difference either!

i know one thing for sure animals give UNCONDITIONAL LOVE people don't all they are in life for is there selves . Vick IS SICK and needs to go to a real jail not a pamperd felon jail where he was . He'd get some tough love that his dogs did not get ? How would you like this guy to be a father and explain to the child what he did with them dogs? NFL screwed up big time lettting him back !!!
