Well we are going unless something comes up again we, already have our reservations, been wrenching on the sleds getting them ready for winter, hope to have all my stuff back from SLP and on by mid-oct, 1st of nov. at the latest

We planning on being in Hulbert, Presidents weekend which I think is the 18th-21st, I don't know I have it written down at home

We are also planning on being in Hulbert for New Years weekend pending snow.

I think we will be riding Gaylord/East Jordan areas in Jan.

What's a "Yup! Nope" ? .....Maybe?

Andie - Colors should be starting there soon. Looks like it'll be a good weekend for you. I just saw that Telmark is officially going into foreclosure.

I love this fall weather. Too bad I have so darn many things to do around the yard when there are other things I'd rather be doing.

Heading to a Twins game tonight, first time I'll be at Target Field. Looking forward to it.

Have a good week all.

Congrats on the new baby girl Jeff! Glad everyone is home and RESTING! :D

The ride in - as long as stuff don't fall apart - and I'm not talking about sleds... we will be there. It's literally one day at a time. I got my reservations, made them the day John annouced the dates! Just gotta keep thinking positive and planning for the future! :) :)

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this weather - even with the buckets of rain. I just hope the buckets of rain turns in to piles and piles and PILES of snow!!! Keep on the moisture Ma Nature - but turn the temp down a bit for it to be SNOW!

My current class - Statistics - is kicking my butt, but in class last night that little tiny nightlight came on. So I feel a SMIDGE stats smarter.

Prayin' we make it to the RIDE IN!

Congrats Jeff.

I love the fall. I like getting up when it was a cool night and go outside and take take a deep breath. It just smells and feels awesome.

Life is as busy as I think I have ever had it. In school for fire fighting/hazmat, work is crazy, fire department outside of school is busy, etc... Hopefully back to some normalcy by mid-December.

Juls, hope things turn out well with the job and they make it full time!

Have a good one everyone.

Jeff - Congratulations to you and your wife!

As for the Ride-In, I am a maybe. I am 90% sure I will be selling my sled and trailer. It doesn't make much sense to hang onto something I will use once or twice a year. My pay cut permanently kicks in on January 1 (my pay has been going down in increments all year) and I won't be able to afford to go on trips. Between the gas to get there, the gas in the sled, meals and lodging I just won't have the money and I refuse to rack up debt to ride a couple of times a year. I will definitely miss my sled and riding, but I have to do what is right for my financial survival. The only good thing is that I have a job (so far). I hope it stays that way. I am considering keeping my sled up through December so I can hopefully ride it one more time over the New Year holiday, but that may be a stupid idea. I have a little time to decide what I am going to do, so I will think this over.

Brad & Rob.. Keep me in the loop as well. Short jaunt and I have free lodging in that neck of the woods.

Scoop! Awwwwwww shizzle…. That’s a bummer. Rob a bank or something. That just aint right.

Well I was having a glitch when I made the poll. Not sure how it came out like that. Lol

OH SCOOPY! I so totally know what you are sayin'!! Hopefully it won't come to that... but... if it does - while I still have my sleds, you can ride one of mine! :) :)

If we end up being able to be at the ride in - you can ride one of mine if you don't have yours! You can even stay in the suite with us! We will have plenty of room!

We have to take it one day at a time... I'm planning on the trip, but if the contract doesn't extend or if Jim doesn't get more hours behind the wheel - we won't have the cash to go. No credit allowed in this house anymore - it's cash or no go.

NIGHT ALL!

Happy Belated Birthday Julie! Sorry I missed it! I hope it was great.

I haven't been on the computer a whole lot lately and if I am, I am on very briefly. I think because I work on a computer all day I just don't feel like firing it up at home at night plus I usually have been busy doing other things (like cleaning, laundry, softball, etc.).
