Really I have been told ride it like you stole it after arm up 10,000 mile on a 500 liberty, 7000 miles on a 400 fuji 7500 on a 500 fan fuji and 5000 on a 600 cfi just normal maintenance. Gas oil and go lots of fun. these are hard miles ditch banging in Iowa alot of on and off the throttle. As for oil. If oil pump is working don't much worry about it. Haven't blown up a sled since the 70's. ride two hours and fix for 4 hours. things are alot better now but not gauranteed to last forever. just mu opinion.

Love those liberties. Saw a friend the other day that still has the 2000 700 I sold him. He said 18,000 miles on it . 1 voltage regulator and one speedo side drive cog bearing. My 2001 xcsp has 24,000 miles on it. 6 tracks, 2 speedo side bearings, 1 voltage regulator and a spaghetti seal in head since little coolest just started coming out a bit on top end. Yes they both sucked down gas and oil an alarming rate. Motors are stock and still going.
I am a bit concerned about my new Stihl weed wacker, it is set at 100:1 and the salesman said. Run whatever 2 stroke you wish. I asked if he had Amsoil, "his response, good choice."
