pr1...with the "a" word in the first post I figured you would be all over this one!! LOL
No, I actually feel bad of what I've done to the poor UPS driver with my last order. Who was to know that the shipping dept. would pack 2 cases per box to take it to 72# per box. and I ordered 12 cases. The box of oil filters was his only reprieve. Hope He didn't wreck his back.

I actually will be using Poo Blue cap on first oil tank for break in, then VES Gold Plus for the first 3 1/2 gallons of the new RMK Pros life. Sledheadude800 gave me a sweet deal on the poo oil. Then on to the big "A".

Take it easy on Yoda, he's a fairly new poster and probably has not seen the other oil threads. We don't want to discourage him from posting!

I saw the same article in one of the mags Yoda, either Snow Goer or American Snowmobiler, not sure. They showed pictures of the pistons after testing with different oils and there was quite a difference. Not sure who did the testing, may have been Doo.

Articles like this are often tactics used to persuade customers to purchase the OEM-branded oil.

The Legend oil seemed to hold up the best according to " The Chemist " over on HCS. I normally would run the best stuff, but with 4 sleds one year I spent 700+ on VES Gold alone. But seeing as the season will be short for me ??? I might give that stuff a try, it is pricy .... The VES Gold held up well in the testing also, not sure I really accept the " Chemist " testing parameters but he seemed to know more about oil than me and not really sure what happened to him. I think the HCS guys started to insult him and he said " see ya ".... Not sure who he was, some say he was " Mark " one of the distributors of the stuff ????
