do you think the stainless steel door hinges are worth it or not also is it necessary for a roof vent or not

I would go with the S.S hinges. I would also recommand a vent(s) of some kind. My trailer did not have any vents and there was alot of moisture inside the trailer which will cause rust. Put a roof vent in and the moisture problem is gone.

I've had enclosed trailers with and without roof vents. Bottomline, I would never order or buy a trailer without a roof vent. Ventilation is the key to storing sleds in trailers in the off season. If you plan on storing sleds in it and in storing the trailer in a building it's not as bad of a problem. But if your keeping the trailer outside a roof vent is a must especially if you have a darker color trailer like black. I work at home so I open up my front and rear ramps when ever possible along with the roof vent. Today when I opened it up it was 89 degrees inside with 20% humidity. We haven't even begun to get into warm weather yet. Another thing is I put Damp Rid containers on the floor to absorb the moisture. These thing work and I change them out when needed.
I've wondered about the venting issue myself, because that's half the reason I would like to buy an enclosed trailer one of these years.
Can you hook up a fan to the trailer, perhaps that is solar powered, to keep air circulating and moisture and heat/humidity out?
