Oxygen vented shield?

Well got our and put a few miles on with the flow shield. It was about 37 degrees out. I had the heat on 1 bar and the vent open. I was comfortable all day. A few things to keep in mind. We were riding railroad grades so not a whole lot of effort to ride. I also run a lower windshield. There are a couple of for me real pluses. #1 is I was able to leave the heat on one bar and no fogging at all which never happened on the old shield. My old shield always had what I would call a line in the shield that I would either need to look above or below not with this shield. Personally for me was well worth the purchase price and made a really good helmet that much better. Nice to know I can now wear it on the really cold days which is where this helmet really shines but also as it gets warm now. I use to wear my 509 helmet once it got a little warmer now I will stick to the oxygen. I feel with the vent open you might be able to ride unplugged but I like having the light on the helmet another really nice thing with this helmet. I feel they should all come with a light on them, they really help on those cold days where the snow dust is flying.

Thanks hermie, sounds like the answer to the only fault I could find with it and well worth the spend, will make the already great helmet even better! Thanks for the feedback!
