So this sounds like too much fun to avoid, so I have been in touch with Kip about coming down and have gotten permission from the Keweenaw CO Sheriff to leave the county briefly for the event. Hopefully there will be enough snow to come by sled. Otherwise the truck!

I will have some Keweenaw Kamo to give away as well!

See you all there!

-John

um..was this a joke about leaving the county?

hi Kip,
would you consider offering test drives of the new 1000 side by side and a 700 grizzly on open house day?

Now we're talking! My wife said I better not even think about buying a sled, but she never said anything about a Side by Side!

Not so sure there Lenny, I'm thinking 4 seats and it while I'm sure the deal would be good, it would be hard to switch from the Cat loyalty blood running in my veins. :)

So what's the schedule for the day?????

Who's planning on being there??

Well guys, I gave it my best shot working at Pat's but it's just not the right move for me. I did enjoy the challenge of getting all the service work through the shop and for the most part it was successful. I did however learn something about myself, I don't have much patients for unreasonable people. No doubt I made some really good friends working for Kip at Pat's but I need to do what I believe is best for myself and family. I have a few weeks left working for kip doing construction work in his warehouse and after that back to pounding nails. Kip is a good friend and was a good guy to work for. Now for plan B!

As you know more than a lot of us Lenny, you always need to try things in life. Sometimes you strike out, other times you hit a home run, many times it's neither. At least looking back you'll never think what if? I'm praying things will blossom for you this spring and you'll achieve a good balance of time for work and family!

I've more than once changed jobs, thinking I was making a positive change. Found out after just a short time that it was not what I envisioned and went back to the job I left. For this reason I've always tried to leave jobs on good terms in case of needing to return.
You need to do what you feel is right for you and your family. Even if you end up deciding after it was not right for you. Never be afraid to try to do better or different! 😊

Lenny performed the impossible really, he came into a job very green and had a 99.1% success rate in customer satisfaction surveys!!!! All I can say is WOW!!! It was a real pleasure having Lenny here and I totally understand he has to do what's best for himself and family first. I learned plenty from Lenny while he was here and there are certainly no regrets on my end. He will be missed for sure:) Thankfully he's still close by and we can certainly used his carpenter skills!!!

Thank God. I have my favorite contractor back! Lenny was able to sell me a sled in his last few weeks. Something Kip hasn't been able to do in 10 years.
