I was looking for a thread with pet friendly lodging. Can anybody point me in the right direction. Wisconsin or Michigan would be fine if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks,Keith.

I always do www.VRBO.com when traveling with the dogs .
well traveling any place really .
just use the pet friendly filter done deal.
I have rented some sweet places for around the same money as a hotel

As I recall, Running Bear in Paulding allows pets. They are in the Northwoods directory under Bruce Crossing.

Lakewoods Resort Cable WI, my Dobe usta be a regular there. They prefer dogs only in downstairs rooms.
Also Lumberman's in Iron River WI
make sure you check place that will let you have your dog left alone while you're out.

Blacks Cliff Resort in Hazelhurst, WI (5 miles or so south of Minocqua). very nice cabins, near the trails, gas and food. Nice people that run it. Check out their website

Love the running bear. Also have had the dogs at The Bluff and a couple of places in St. Germain.
