I have only seen published dry weights by brp and polaris (no independant weigh ins)...if they are true...the polaris is 120lbs more , and 10 HP less.

The dealership that I use were taking "orders" even before the release...basically having people write down what they were looking for. They do have some unfilled allotments available, I think the 850 XC's. I was interested in a new 850 XCR but was told their allotment was already filled, so I am not going to order a sled....which is OK cause it was going to be $17,700 before taxes. I am going to sell my 2020 Assault 850 (want to get back to a more trail sled) and just pick up something before next winter, not looking for anything fancy but something descent. Worst case scenario, maybe ill grab a 2022 snowcheck that came in real late and owner backed out, I know some are coming in.Anybody able to actually order a pol? Around here the dealers don't even know their allotments yet. Won't even take money?!?!?!
This reminds of a running joke in our group of riders, everytime we buy raffle tickets for a cat we always say we "bought tickets for a chance to sell an Arctic Cat".Oh, I have never owned an Arctic Cat but again who really cares. If I won one from a raffle I would ride it and it would probably be great.
