T ight wooded trails. My kind of riding too. Whatever color you want a shorty. 121 track. You want something light. So that turns in to a 2 smoker. Low center of gravity for turning. You don't necessarily need something with 13 inches of travel. If you never got in the rough stuff ever you could get by nicely with a 2002 Pol XC 600. Slap 8 I,chew of carbide on the front and 96 studs in the track and stay in the woods. You still see a lot of old XCs and ZR s on the tight wooded trails of NW wisc. They still work well there. A really cheap alternative for you.

Another point, the FAST M-10 was a great skid back in the days. That is not the skid that made it into Polaris sleds. Fast licensed the technology to Polaris and Polaris built there own. No where near the same quality as the skids built by FAST. I know 2 people that had the Polaris and parts in the skid were constantly breaking.

I bought a 2005 Indy Classic from my friend. I Know nothing about Polaris but he had an air suspension installed in it. It has 9000 miles of adult miles on it. Is it worth much to anybody? I bought it to have a spare sled around for a guest to ride.
