Pole barns costs

Just looking for any info people may have on the cost of an insulated pole barn not including the slab I am thinking 40x60x14 with over hangs and 2 man doors and three overhead doors. I have looked around the internet but can’t seem to find any real solid cost information. The other thing I am considering is using SIP panels (structural insulated panels) which I am sure would jack up the cost but it would make a super clean look metal on both sides. I am hoping to make a cold storage area 35x40 and also a shop area 25x40 that would at some point get a lift

I had a Wick's 30' x 40' (6" walls, steel panels) w/ full walk up attic built about 8 years ago for $35,000, not including 6" concrete slab. Steel prices were very high at the time so not sure how it would price out today.

Everything is to much, do my best to spend money I have, not money I plan making. to each their own so yes it most likely going be too much right

You looking to build one yourself or hire someone?

If you go to Menard's, you can use a planner thing computer to design one yourself and it'll give you a price estimate for the materials. That's if you're building it yourself. It's a handy little tool. I don't think it has insulation stuff as an option on a pole building design, so you'd have to add that in yourself to the costs.

I had a 40x72x14 Morton building put up 2 years ago with 2 12x12 doors;1 14x12 door, and 1 walk-in door. All the overhead doors have electic door openers with 1 outside remote. It is not skinned on the inside but does have the insulation on the ceiling. Poured a 4" floor for the entire building. The shed was up and completed minus the floor in 6 days. The cost for everything but the floor was about $38,000. I called the local Morton dealer and he was at my house within 2 hours with computer in hand. Told him what I wanted and he gave me a price quote on the spot. Could not have been happier.

In the spring we put up a 30' x 48' building with 10' walls - uninsulated for $12700. Wish we would have gone 12' walls.

Not sure if it helps...40'x60'x16' with the slab, but not insulated, built last fall, cost +/- $68,000

2-14'x14' Overhead Doors
1-8'x8' Overhead Door

Waiting on a quote for SIP panels should be interesting where they come in dollars and cent wise
