Powder coating tunnel on 09 summit. How hard?

Thinking about powder coating the tunnel on my 09 summit. Just wondering how hard it is to strip the sled down far enough to be able to do it? Thinking about black tunnel, red rails and red rear bumper. I know it would look sweet but how much work? Its the red and black sled in the pic.

on a side note why in the f don't the oem offer painted tunnel option on all deep snow sleds?
come on I was looking at the poo book in my buds shop yesterday u can get a rush with a painted tunnel that will prob never see more than a logging road with a fresh foot. but not a option on any RMK that spends its life in deep snow ***

it would be nice if all the mfg's offered a powder coated tunnel, black standard, or special colors on snow check orders. aluminum looks like crap after awhile. some are doing it on slide rals.

Powder coating gets baked at ~ 400f. You would need to strip all parts that you don't want heated to 400...

I must be the only one that is extremly glad I got my first bare aluminum tunnel. I am sick of the paint pealing off and looking like crap.
